Registration guideline

Registration fee is ¥78,000, all including participation, conference materials, lodging and foods. The fee indicated is in Japanese Yen.
Early registration is accepted by August 10 (extended). Note that at least one of authors of the accepted paper should complete the conference registration by July 22.

Late registration costs ¥88,000 and its deadline is September 9. Since the early registration is closed on August 10, now the late-registration fee is required.
Registration is now closed. Thank you for your participation.

In the registration form, we ask your plan to the AVSP2010 venue. As described in the Access page, we have prepared a conference charter bus from Makuhari Messe. And we are also planning to prepare another bus from Narita Airport if many participants want to. Free buses from Odawara station are also available, by reserving it in advance. The questionnaire helps us to prepare these buses.

Bank transfer and credit card are available to pay the fee.
If you prefer to pay the fee by bank transfer, complete a bank transfer form (domestic and international) and send it to us by e-mail, after the conference registration.
If you want to pay the fee by credit card, after registration, download and complete a credit card form, then fax it to us (PDF version of the credit card form is here).

Do not forget to send a bank transfer form or a credit card form by the registration deadline !

Due to the limitation of hotel capacity, all attendees will share several lodges in principle. If you have accompanying person(s), or if you have a special reason and request for room type, then please inform us in the registration. We will arrange your room according to the registration information, if possible.
Accompanied adult fee is ¥48,000 per person.

Participants are asked for full registration, as in the past AVSP conferences. Please register before the welcome drink (September 30), and stay at the hotel for the entire period of the conference (until October 3). This is for the maximum opportunity to interact with people in this research field.
